Before you decide
Good to know
General advice that helps with any pool table, not only a custom one.
Measure your space
Measure the room, not just the spot for the table. As a rule of thumb, leave about 1.5m clear around the table so a full-length cue can swing. Shorter cues need less.
Doors and stairs
A pool table is heavy and long. Check door widths, corners and stairs on the way in, and tell us if the route is tight.
A level floor
A table plays true only when it sits level. A flat, solid floor makes that much easier, and adjustable legs help with small differences.
