What we collect
When you send an enquiry through the form, we collect:
- your name and phone number
- your email address, if you give one
- your message
- the product or topic you asked about
- the date and time you sent it
If you message us on WhatsApp or call, we see the number you use and what you tell us. WhatsApp handles that message under its own terms.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry and give you a quote. Lawful basis: To be confirmed by the owner.
Who handles it for us

| Sanity | Content system for the catalogue (products, prices, photos). No personal data is stored there. |
| Website host and DNS provider | Serves the pages and handles ordinary request data such as the IP address. Provider to be confirmed at launch. |
